What you will do

• Handle Security and IT technical service desk tickets and provide first-touch user support.
• Administer Atlassian cloud products (Jira, Confluence, Service Management) and manage user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Monitor SOC and SIEM alerts, investigating security events as a first responder.
• Maintain endpoint protection and data security utilizing EDR, MDM, SASE, and DLP technologies.
• Support documentation and compliance requirements for ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Oversee vulnerability management, patching, and system updates across all endpoint devices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and available to provide coverage for the US East Coast time zone.
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Prior experience managing software and equipment for a distributed, remote global workforce.
• Generalist expertise in security and IT with the ability to dive deep into specific domains.
• Familiarity with security standards and regulations relevant to AI and data privacy.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
