TL;DR

Location: Remote

Salary: $155,000 — $170,000 USD

hirify.global is a Series C startup building an AI-native platform for social engineering defense to protect brands and employees from AI-powered threats.

What you will do

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure identity systems centered on Okta, including SSO, MFA, and Lifecycle Management.
  • Automate user lifecycle management by integrating HRIS, Okta, and business applications.
  • Implement attribute-driven access controls based on least-privilege and Zero Trust principles.
  • Manage governance and compliance processes, including access reviews and audit readiness for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Automate IT workflows to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
  • Administer core IT platforms and partner cross-functionally with People, Security, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate or Enterprise IT Engineering with a focus on IAM and automation.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Okta in high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and directory services (Okta UD, AD, Entra ID, LDAP).
  • Proven experience with RBAC/ABAC models and Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation.
  • Experience creating technical design documents and architecture diagrams.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
