What you will do

• Build internal developer-facing AI tools and agents deeply embedded into the software development lifecycle.
• Create autonomous, resilient agents and evaluation frameworks to power an AI-driven software factory.
• Drive context engineering to ensure AI-legible code, skills, and documentation remain reliable.
• Optimize the performance, observability, and safety of the model architecture behind internal AI tools.
• Design processes for AI to autonomously evaluate and improve code quality, test coverage, and documentation freshness.
• Define and champion workflows that maximize AI efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Requirements

• Track record of building and shipping real tools or pipelines (not just models or papers).
• Experience integrating LLMs into development tools in impactful ways.
• Experience building developer tooling, internal platforms, or infrastructure to improve engineering productivity.
• Must be based in the US or UK (depending on the specific role availability).
• Pragmatic mindset regarding scalability and maintainability.
