Location: Remote (United States only)

Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 plus 10% annual bonus

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Advanced Support Consultants to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Serve as an escalation point for key clients, ensuring technical and consultative needs are met effectively.
  • Oversee technical consulting projects, including workflow design, form configuration, and reporting.
  • Monitor team performance against strategic KPIs and use data to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams.
  • Maintain documentation and guidelines for team processes and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization
  • 2+ years of team lead or management experience in a SaaS professional services organization.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or consulting role within the software sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information.
