Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote or Hybrid in San Francisco / New York City)

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles from initial definition through to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while upholding commitments to diversity and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams to maintain operational excellence.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools to attract top-tier diverse talent.
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house at high-growth companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for Go-to-Market (GTM) roles.
  • Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of adaptability and ability to execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be located within the U.S.
