Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Define critical business questions and hypotheses to inform strategic decision-making and product direction.
• Develop metrics, build reports, and run complex analyses using SQL and Python to surface actionable insights.
• Design experiments and analyze results to move key business metrics for assigned business units.
• Collaborate with counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations to drive end-to-end outcomes.
• Own the analytical function for a core business area such as Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a consulting firm (e.g., MBB), investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous problems.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clickhouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
