Salary: $93,000 - $145,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead cross-functional product squads as the product owner, managing and prioritizing the backlog.
- Develop operational tools for scheduling, facilities, registration, payments, and communications for sports directors.
- Conduct product discovery to reduce risks and collaborate with release teams for market delivery.
- Define the product roadmap by evaluating opportunities based on customer value and business viability.
- Design AI-powered workflows to automate manual tasks and reduce operational friction.
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, legal, and finance to ensure ecosystem-wide solution viability.
Requirements
- Must be based in Lincoln, NE, or one of the approved US states.
- 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping customer-facing software.
- Meaningful experience playing, coaching, or working in the sports industry.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows into products.
- Strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strategic thinking and a deep user-focused mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience building operations products (scheduling, payments, registration).
- Strong SaaS expertise and knowledge of scalable products.
- Deep knowledge of the sports technology landscape and trends.
- Technical comfort in navigating engineering conversations and customer escalations.
- Experience building for multi-sided marketplaces.
