Salary: $93,000 - $145,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional product squads as the product owner, managing and prioritizing the backlog.
• Develop operational tools for scheduling, facilities, registration, payments, and communications for sports directors.
• Conduct product discovery to reduce risks and collaborate with release teams for market delivery.
• Define the product roadmap by evaluating opportunities based on customer value and business viability.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate manual tasks and reduce operational friction.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, legal, and finance to ensure ecosystem-wide solution viability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lincoln, NE, or one of the approved US states.
• 2–4+ years of experience as a Product Manager shipping customer-facing software.
• Meaningful experience playing, coaching, or working in the sports industry.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows into products.
• Strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Strategic thinking and a deep user-focused mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience building operations products (scheduling, payments, registration).
• Strong SaaS expertise and knowledge of scalable products.
• Deep knowledge of the sports technology landscape and trends.
• Technical comfort in navigating engineering conversations and customer escalations.
