What you will do

• Shape a compelling product vision for the search and shop booking journey with flights, hotels, or rental cars.
• Balance user-centric design with business impact, leveraging emerging technologies like AI for personalized recommendations.
• Work closely with hirify.globalers, designers, data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver features.
• Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features that drive conversion and improve the overall shopping journey.
• Combine customer research, behavioral insights, and experimentation to guide decision-making and optimize outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans and keep stakeholders aligned on product priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms.
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence across teams.
• Deep empathy for users, with a solid understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate customer needs into intuitive solutions.
• Experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
