What you will do

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for managers and employees across the LATAM region to drive people strategy and organizational design.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding to ensure a high-quality new hire experience.
• Manage complex employee relations and champion regional engagement initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, employment contracts, and payroll across all LATAM markets.
• Benchmark and adapt compensation and benefits programs to maintain regional competitiveness.
• Oversee HR operations using HRIS tools to provide regional dashboards and process optimizations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Expert knowledge of labor laws across multiple LATAM regulatory environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS tools; Workday expertise is a significant advantage.
• Ability to travel internationally (approximately 20%).
• University degree.
