Location
Location: Based out of the Sydney hub (APAC). Hybrid work environment with an expectation for local ns (including Sydney) to be in office at least twice per week.
Salary
Salary: $122,400 to $165,600 AUD (expected range).
What you will do
- Develop deep expertise in the Operate platform and clearly articulate its value to enterprise prospects.
- Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations aligned to client workflows and challenges.
- Design and build proof-of-concepts (POCs) based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops and act as the solution authority throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Account Executives on sales strategy and deal progression, and collaborate with Delivery teams for smooth handovers.
- Create and maintain reusable pre-sales assets (demo environments and templates) and feed market insights back into Product.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience delivering customized demos and proof-of-concepts for complex platforms.
- Strong technical fluency to understand architecture and integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex concepts.
- Solid understanding of enterprise business processes and how technology supports them.
- Comfort working in low-code or configurable platform environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation, case/matter management, or legal tech.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve research, demo preparation, and proposal development.
