• Serve as a key finance partner for a core business area, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Monitor and analyze business performance to identify trends and provide clear recommendations.
• Build and maintain complex driver-based financial models across multiple time horizons.
• Drive visibility into core business trends to influence executive-level strategic decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally to surface performance and investment trade-offs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with experience in driver-based models.
• Exceptional cross-functional coordination skills, including experience aligning distributed stakeholders across time zones.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
