What you will do

• Develop and maintain AEM templates, components, and complex workflows.
• Write clean, scalable Java code to enhance backend capabilities and platform performance.
• Integrate AEM with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services via APIs.
• Manage content structures, taxonomies, and metadata within the AEM platform.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize caching strategies and CDN configurations.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of development experience, including 4+ years specifically in AEM.
• Strong expertise in Java backend development and OSGi components.
• Deep knowledge of JCR standards, node structures, and query languages (XPath/SQL2).
• Experience with RESTful services, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Must be based in Houston, Texas, and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
