• Define and lead technical roadmaps to ensure the construction of scalable, high-performance systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading technical work on complex, high-scale systems.
• Deep experience designing scalable and performant architectures.
• Strong ability to define technical roadmaps from business goals and operate comfortably in ambiguity.
• Proven capacity for mentorship and raising the bar for code quality and design.
• Must be based in the United States.
