What you will do

• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics, including provisioning, tracking, and return of company assets.
• Manage hardware/software license databases and partner with IT/Operations to resolve equipment issues and replacements.
• Draft, update, and enforce workplace policies, equipment usage rules, and fringe benefits; run periodic internal audits to ensure data integrity.
• Create step-by-step administrative guidelines and documentation for internal processes.
• hirify.globalnd promote internal activities, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions; source topics and support internal learning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Specialist with a focus on operational tasks.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience managing inventory, asset logistics, or office procurement.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented, process-driven approach.
