Account Payable Clerk

What you will do

• Verify tax records of invoices and perform data entry into the Solomon System.
• Handle accounts payable purges and provide support for bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain supplier aging reports and payment schedules.
• Keep supplier information up to date and record all financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in accounting, accounts payable, or treasury.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1).
• Must be based in Mexico City.
