What you will do

• Develop and implement mid- to long-term global insecticide portfolio strategies, including new product launches and pricing.
• Manage product-level P&L, tracking volume growth, pricing realization, and market share.
• Analyze the competitive landscape, grower behavior, and regulatory changes to interpret business implications.
• Create consistent brand guidelines, communication frameworks, and customer narratives for global use.
• Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and procurement to align discovery targets and capacity planning.
• Represent product strategies in cross-functional forums and global marketing councils.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree in marketing, business management, or agronomy with 10+ years of experience, or MBA/M.S. with 8+ years.
• 5+ years of experience in crop protection, seeds, biologicals, or agribusiness at a national or regional level.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial, regulatory, and supply chain dynamics for crop protection products.
• Proven ability in strategic thinking and hands-on execution of long-term market plans.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen for portfolio management.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
