Product Manager (Events)

Location: Pinheiros / São Paulo, Brazil. Availability for in-person work at fairs and events throughout the year is required.

What you will do

• Mentor and coach Product Managers to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop training programs and resources to foster professional growth within the product team.
• Define and implement standardized processes, frameworks, and best practices for product discovery and delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align product strategies with business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead the definition of KPIs and metrics to measure product success and team performance.
• Drive innovation and experimentation through MVPs, pilots, and iterative development.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in product management, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing product teams.
• Strong ability to implement product management frameworks and standards.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Must be available for in-person work at fairs and events throughout the year.
