What you will do

• Oversee Workday integration, including release management and high-level requirements gathering.
• Manage retirement plan onboarding, conversion setup, and product playbooks.
• Coordinate testing for application releases and installations within the department.
• Collaborate with ITS, Business Solutions, and Operations to resolve issues and fulfill business goals.
• Communicate product value and feature availability to cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Act as the primary departmental resource for troubleshooting and disaster recovery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Workday is required.
• 5-7 years of experience managing a product or application (preferred).
• Technical aptitude and ability to combine business strategy with data-driven design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently.

Nice to have

• Understanding of payroll processes' effect on retirement plans.
• Experience with Multiple Employer Defined Contribution Plans.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
