What you will do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for talent, performance, and rewards technology.
  • Design AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation to simplify employee and manager experiences.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and AI engineering teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate on the implementation of conversational interfaces and AI-assisted support models.
  • Enhance and augment Workday capabilities while maintaining enterprise architecture standards.
  • Track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and operational efficiency to guide product strategy.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Technology, or HR Technology.
  • Strong background in enterprise systems, workflow orchestration, and platform governance.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern AI platforms like Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude.
  • Familiarity with Workday Talent, Performance, or Compensation modules.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader balancing strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and interconnected technology ecosystems.
