What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers and researchers to build next-generation generative AI products and prototypes.
• Rapidly iterate on ideas and experiments to achieve product-market fit for cutting-edge analytics agents.
• Shape user experiences using context engineering and generative AI capabilities.
• Design and build scalable and performant agentic systems, optimizing for throughput, latency, and asynchronous I/O.
• Evaluate the performance and quality of agentic solutions against real-world customer use cases.
• Implement logging, tracing mechanisms, and perform light DevOps tasks to monitor AI-driven systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Washington - Bellevue
• Expertise in shaping user experiences with LLMs and AI agents.
• Proficiency in evaluating ML model performance.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages with experience in distributed systems.
• Professional experience developing and scaling full-stack applications at production scale.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles, cloud-based deployments, and event-driven architectures.
