Outcome Driven Strategies, Trading and Portfolio Operations - Vice President / Senior Vice President (Structured Investments)

Location: New York, New York, United States; office work Monday-Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $155,000-$200,000 base salary annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Execute structured note trades and validate account-level allocations across SMA and UMA accounts.
• Support note purchases, reinvestments, portfolio rebalancing, cash deployment, and liquidity management.
• Coordinate trade execution and settlement with partner banks, including confirmations, final terms, notional amounts, and settlement instructions.
• Monitor portfolio guidelines covering concentration, issuer exposure, credit quality, and liquidity thresholds.
• Serve as the operational contact for financial advisors and platform partners, resolving account, trade, cash management, and portfolio implementation issues.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, operational analytics, procedures, controls, and scalable process improvements.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in trading and investment operations or portfolio administration.
• Familiarity with fixed income, structured products, alternative investments, or managed account platforms.
• Understanding of trade settlement, corporate actions, and portfolio reconciliation.
• Experience in a client-facing operational role and ability to explain complex issues clearly to advisors.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and data lookups, plus familiarity with portfolio accounting systems.
• Ability to coordinate across portfolio managers, issuing banks, custodians, advisors, and internal systems while solving complex operational challenges.
