Salary: $122,800 - $191,300

What you will do

• Lead the full application life cycle for the MESH platform, including architecture, design, and deployment.
• Develop high-performance Apex code and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for internal and external portals.
• Design scalable data models and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems like T-MSIS and Power BI.
• Ensure alignment with FedRAMP Moderate and CMS SEI Center of Excellence governance.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Salesforce developers as direct reports.
• Drive an automation-first approach using custom Apex scripts and RPA.

Requirements

• Must pass public trust clearance (U.S. citizens or meet specific residency/visa requirements).
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and engineering.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Copado CI/CD pipelines and REST API development.
• Personnel management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (PD I, PD II, App Builder, Architect).
• Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Prior experience with federal government contracting (CMS, MACBIS, HHS).
• Knowledge of AWS cloud development.
