Salary: $112,900 – $257,000 per year

• Deliver Salesforce requirements through configuration, customization, and application implementation.
• Develop clean, maintainable Apex code and high-performance Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and test engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Advise government clients on the adoption of new technologies to modernize existing systems.
• Mentor and grow junior team members through technical guidance and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Aura/LWC).
• 4+ years of general software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Git repositories and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• English: Fluent speaking and writing required.

Nice to have

• Experience within federal government or healthcare IT sectors.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, or Flosum.
• Experience with Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, C/C++, or SQL.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
