Location: Must be based in the US (Remote/Hybrid in Charleston, SC) and able to obtain a US Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
Salary: $112,900 – $257,000 per year

What you will do
- Deliver Salesforce requirements through configuration, customization, and application implementation.
- Develop clean, maintainable Apex code and high-performance Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and test engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Advise government clients on the adoption of new technologies to modernize existing systems.
- Mentor and grow junior team members through technical guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Aura/LWC).
- 4+ years of general software engineering experience.
- Proficiency with Git repositories and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
- Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- English: Fluent speaking and writing required.
Nice to have
- Experience within federal government or healthcare IT sectors.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools such as GitHub, Copado, Salesforce DX, or Flosum.
- Experience with Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, C/C++, or SQL.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
