What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce architectures and solutions.
• Lead complex implementations and integrations, providing technical guidance to development teams.
• Develop and enforce Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective architectural designs.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Oversee data modeling, migration, and data sharing strategies within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform with a proven track record in solution design.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
