What you will do

• Lead projects through requirements definition and solution design phases for enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
• Design the overall solution architecture to meet business requirements and fulfill user stories.
• Lead technical teams through the build, test, and deployment phases of the software development life cycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing industry best practices and identifying areas for product growth.
• Develop detailed system designs using UML, sequence diagrams, and process flow tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with diverse business systems using ETL, CPQ, and other integration tools.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
• Willingness to travel 35-50%.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Graduate degree preferred).
• 6+ years of direct experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• 4-6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and CRM implementation.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, and the Force.com Platform.
