What you will do
- Create and deliver Salesforce CRM and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, VisualForce, and J2EE technologies.
- Produce detailed design documentation (including UML) and apply best-practice methodologies from inception through production support.
- Ensure solutions meet business unit expectations, with proper testing and close monitoring of performance requirements.
- Design software components with strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background, including integrations across business systems.
- Define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver CRM solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
- Must be willing to travel (35–50%).
- 5 years of direct experience developing and implementing CRM applications, including end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) CRM implementation.
- 3–5 years developing SFDC customizations using the CRM SDK, including Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, and Salesforce instance implementations from scratch.
- Proven experience integrating distributed applications and services (including .Net, J2EE, and client/server applications) and using relational databases (preferably Oracle and SQL Server).
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM SaaS and Salesforce.com, including Workflow Alerts and Actions and Approval Workflow.
- Experience with SAP enterprise software systems.
- Hands-on experience with automated software management tools.
