What you will do
- Lead and train the Customer Service Team to achieve maximum results and operational excellence.
- Monitor calls to verify accuracy and provide team members with constructive feedback.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide employee praise, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints and problems.
- Perform administrative duties and evaluate department progress to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Operations Trainer.
- Bilingual: Spanish speaking required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to perform financial calculations, including discounts, interest, and commissions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
