What you will do

• Deploy and configure engagement kits within government timelines.
• Apply updates, patches, and security configurations to cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system health, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
• Perform real-time troubleshooting and remediation during active operations.
• Manage AWS resources including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• Coordinate secure decommissioning of kits and support data archival processes.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance are mandatory.
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 3+ years of experience administering cloud-based systems, preferably AWS.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows server administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or High School diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting incident response or cybersecurity operations.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
