What you will do

• Conduct daily outbound and inbound calls to insureds and agents to facilitate premium audits.
• Analyze and interpret financial reports, tax documents, and bookkeeping records.
• Collaborate with policyholders, CPAs, and bookkeepers to gather necessary audit information.
• Ensure all audits adhere to specific state regulations and client-defined class codes.
• Maintain consistent billable hour targets to support team productivity.

Requirements

• Strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, word processing, and email software.
• Experience with bookkeeping and Quickbooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
