What you will do

• Manage daily financial operations and serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of music industry clients.
• Oversee bookkeeping, including bank and credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and review payroll reports, commission schedules, and 1099 forms.
• Coordinate with the tax team regarding planning and compliance matters.
• Manage tour accounting, reporting, and the preparation of financial schedules.
• Review intercompany accounts and assist with credit applications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business management or accounting.
• In-person presence 5 days a week in Los Angeles.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software such as AgilLink, QuickBooks Desktop, or QuickBooks Online.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Experience in the music industry (strongly preferred).
