What you will do

• Design, review, and build scalable software for government services using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with government partners to architect and deploy improvements to legacy enterprise platforms.
• Implement agile development cycles to efficiently ship new features meeting user needs.
• Automate development, testing, and production workflows through custom tools and processes.
• Perform code reviews and maintain technical documentation to ensure high engineering standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and resolve critical issues.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states (including CA, NY, TX, FL, WA, etc.).
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering within fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proficiency with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience designing and implementing highly scalable and performant application architectures.
• Strong expertise in automated testing and code quality tools such as Linters.
