What you will do

• Develop systems for in-app engagement, including message composition, targeting, and delivery.
• Build a feature-rich dashboard for brands to manage in-product messaging.
• Implement new capabilities to expand high-value surfaces and content orchestration.
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and guide architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and system design for complex, scalable projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from ambiguity to delivery.
• Strong proficiency in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Background building high-scale, high-reliability customer-facing platforms.
• Experience with agile development processes.
