Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Lead the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Coordinate relationships between clients, health plans, insurance carriers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor and analyze program performance, utilization, and ROI metrics to demonstrate value.
- Facilitate strategic business reviews and annual renewal discussions with HR leaders.
- Execute client-specific engagement strategies and track marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in client success or account management.
- Proven experience managing complex B2B relationships with contract values of $100K-$2M+.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data.
Nice to have
- Healthcare or benefits industry experience, particularly with clinical advisory services.
- Experience with enterprise-level contract negotiations.
- MBA or advanced degree in Healthcare Administration or Business.
- Project management certification.
