Salary: $63,100–$94,650 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate occupational health, workers’ compensation, workplace safety, and employee health compliance requirements.
• Manage documentation workflows for immunizations, drug screens, fit-for-duty records, site access, claims, and client-specific requirements.
• Support workers’ compensation claim intake, vendor and TPA communication, status tracking, medical documentation routing, and return-to-work coordination.
• Maintain confidential health, claims, and compliance records in accordance with privacy, HIPAA/PHI/PII, legal, and retention requirements.
• Prepare audit-ready trackers, reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and corrective action documentation.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Risk, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Operations, clients, vendors, and TPAs to resolve workflow gaps and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Occupational Health, Risk Management, Safety, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience in HR compliance, occupational health, workers’ compensation, leave administration, risk or safety administration, healthcare operations, onboarding compliance, claims coordination, or a related function.
• Experience handling confidential employee, health, claims, compliance, or HR documentation in a regulated or highly confidential environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows, tracking compliance status, preparing documentation, and escalating risks or exceptions.
• Working knowledge of Workday, Microsoft 365, Excel, tracking tools, reporting systems, and vendor or TPA portals.
• Work location is limited to remote work nationwide within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with workers’ compensation claims, TPA or vendor coordination, return-to-work processes, OSHA documentation, occupational health vendors, healthcare workforce compliance, or multi-state employee health requirements.
• Experience with audits, compliance reporting, process improvement, SOP development, or client integration.
• RN, LPN, COHN, COHN-S, claims, workers’ compensation, SHRM-CP, PHR, CRCR, or another relevant certification.
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, case management tools, claim tracking systems, or vendor portals.
