Salary: $209,100 – $324,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of health economics and resource allocation analyses to prioritize interventions in women's health.
• Develop and apply cost-effectiveness analyses (CEA) and extended CEA frameworks to inform investment decisions.
• Create modeling approaches including scenario analysis, forecasting, and simulation to support delivery platform prioritization.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reproducible code for data processing and modeling using R and/or Python.
• Manage end-to-end analytical workflows, including data cleaning, validation, and integration from diverse health systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate research questions into structured analytical strategies and policy-relevant findings.

Requirements

• PhD in health economics, economics, statistics, epidemiology, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of five years of post-PhD experience in applied quantitative research within global health economics.
• Advanced expertise in health economic methods, specifically cost-effectiveness analysis and resource allocation.
• Advanced programming skills in R and/or Python for building reproducible analytical workflows.
• Proven experience working with complex health data systems (surveys, routine health information, costing datasets).
• Unrestricted work authorization in the USA (no sponsorship provided for H-1B, O-1, L-1, etc.).
