What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve inquiries and facilitate account servicing.
• Gather and verify information required for underwriting transactions and maintain accurate file documentation.
• Process business transactions and policy changes under the direction of underwriters.
• Manage workflow and follow-up systems to ensure timely completion of outstanding underwriting items.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and analyze account information.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work toward an AINS insurance designation.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
