Senior Producer

What you will do

• Create and implement practices, processes, and workflows for the Communications team, improving efficiency and the tools used.
• Build and maintain roadmaps for active projects, accounting for internal capacity and review rounds.
• Track deliverables and projects across multiple pipelines (physical/digital products, content timelines, events) and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure asset providers understand expectations and delivery dates; route materials to all required internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritize work, foresee risks, adjust schedules, and handle urgent partner requests while maintaining final due dates.
• Represent the Communications team by communicating project status, updates, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production, account, operational, and/or project management, preferably in video games, entertainment, or a creative agency.
• Experience closing out one or more AA or AAA games (preferred).
• Deep understanding of project management, workflow, and production infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with varied stakeholders and approval channels.
• Strong organization and attention to detail while handling high volumes of assets and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
