What you will do

• Own product & platform security, driving application/infrastructure controls across LangSmith, LangGraph, and hirify.global SDK.
• Evolve secure-by-default authentication/authorization patterns for cloud and self-hosted customers.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, triage, and patching SLAs, coordinating remediation with engineering.
• Ship secure code, perform penetration testing, and introduce lightweight security checks.
• Implement hardening and operations for network segmentation, Kubernetes posture, secrets management, and least-privilege IAM.

Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering with strong software skills (Python or Go).
• Depth in cloud/Kubernetes security (GCP/AWS IAM, workload identity, admission controls).
• Hands-on application security experience (code review, threat modeling, secure design, multi-tenant isolation).
• Experience building detection & response and running incident management.
• Familiarity with supply-chain security (SBOM, sigstore/cosign, SLSA-style controls).
• English: B2+ required

Nice to have

• Security for SaaS and self-hosted offerings.
• Proficiency with AI tooling and understanding of AI threats/adversarial testing.
• Exposure to SOC 2 / ISO 27001 programs and evidence automation.
• Experience with Go services, Infra as Code (Terraform/Helm), and policy-as-code (OPA/Gatekeeper/Kyverno).
