What you will do

• Partner with client teams to identify and prioritize Generative AI opportunities for operational and business impact.
• Translate opportunities into production-ready technical designs and own architecture decisions for AI capabilities.
• Lead hands-on technical implementation of AI applications using platforms like Emergent and Figma Make.
• Create reusable patterns, frameworks, and technical standards to accelerate delivery across workstreams.
• Integrate automation and AI-assisted capabilities at the core of solutions to improve long-term efficiency.
• Collaborate with client architecture, security, and engineering teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or product.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native build platforms (e.g., Emergent, Figma Make, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, or Replit Agent).
• Proven ability to take a solution from whiteboard to production-grade deployment.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
• Must be based in or near Columbus, OH or Atlanta, GA to accommodate hybrid work.
