What you will do

• Identify and assess conditions that may present risks to the business and consumers.
• Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Investigate suspicious activities and analyze transaction patterns to detect potential fraud.
• Process and verify customer cash outs, ensuring all transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve payment issues.
• Build activity and incident reports and document key risk factors affecting online payments.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or data processing.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and computer operating systems.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Background in payments, risk management, or fraud prevention.
