What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements (MSAs), partnership, reseller, and vendor agreements.
• Negotiate complex revenue deals with Fortune 500 companies to drive business growth.
• Serve as a legal advisor to sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Assess legal risks and implement global policies and processes to manage business risk.
• Partner with GTM teams to accelerate deal cycles and business velocity.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
• 5+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience specializing in commercial agreements.
• Proven experience guiding negotiation cycles and closing high-impact revenue deals with Sales.
• Experience drafting complex enterprise licensing and data processing agreements.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with IP and technology transactions at a large law firm.
• Experience advising growth-stage AI/ML companies on generative AI applications.
• Background in product or privacy counseling.
