CRM Developer (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Own the administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce for platform performance and scalability.
• Manage users, access controls, and system configurations.
• Build and optimize reports, dashboards, and automation for business efficiency.
• Customize the Service Cloud console and related components.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a System Administrator role.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and automation tools.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with VS Code, Workbench, Data Loader, and ANT.
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certification is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, or Field Service Consultant certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud customization.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, and JavaScript for integrations.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments.
