What you will do

• Lead and manage Workflow Requests in AS400, including New Formulation and Revised Formula workflows.
• Act as a Cross Functional Champion to coordinate data and workflows between various teams.
• Resolve receipt and Accounts Payable issues, such as volume and pricing discrepancies with suppliers.
• Develop monthly ingredient forecasts and deliver supplier scorecards to top vendors.
• Manage inventory records in AS400 and track sample requests for Strategic Procurement.
• Ensure compliance with Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and gather regulatory documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with AS400 ERP systems and general procurement workflows.
• Ability to assist in RFX processes and lead raw material scouting projects.
• Strong coordination skills for managing raw material escalations and NPD initiatives.
• Knowledge of supply chain risk management and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Erlanger, KY.
