What you will do

• Perform 2nd level troubleshooting and optimization of existing software applications.
• Implement and maintain build/release and installation/patch infrastructure.
• Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of application releases and release governance.
• Monitor Production and QA environments and recommend best practices for exception management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with the Integrated Release Calendar.
• Develop deployment plans, including schedules and back-out strategies.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of professional IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of deployment software such as Big Fix, Tivoli, or IBM Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with monitoring software like Open NMS and App Dynamics.
• Experience supporting retail stores, POS Software (Aptos POS), and Java web applications.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and US-based benefits).
