What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and health monitoring of Workday components.
• Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into secure Workday solutions.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using EIB, Studio, and APIs.
• Maintain data integrity via regular audits, security role management, and compliance support.
• Train end users and develop technical documentation to promote self-service and system adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or HRIS management.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday administrator or lead.
• Deep expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Advanced Compensation.
• Proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Workday certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Prior experience scaling People systems in high-growth SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis.
