What you will do
- Serve as the primary administrator for Workday HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and health monitoring of Workday components.
- Collaborate with People Operations, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into secure Workday solutions.
- Develop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems using EIB, Studio, and APIs.
- Maintain data integrity via regular audits, security role management, and compliance support.
- Train end users and develop technical documentation to promote self-service and system adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or HRIS management.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday administrator or lead.
- Deep expertise in Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and Advanced Compensation.
- Proficiency with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Workday certification.
Nice to have
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
- Prior experience scaling People systems in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for analysis.
