TL;DR

Business And Configuration Analyst (ERP/Workday): Lead assessment of client needs and align business initiatives with information technology while managing configuration and implementation for HR, Finance, Payroll, and Student products with an accent on requirements definition, business process analysis and design, and functional specifications for integrations and reporting. Focus on end-to-end enhancement implementation, complex prototyping and release testing, and configuration lifecycle execution including access, data, tenant, integrations, and security.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end enhancement implementation for HR, Finance, Student, and Payroll applications, from requirements gathering and prioritization through configuration, functional testing, and change management.
• Assess impacts of proposed technology changes on services and/or processes across the hirify.global community.
• Lead structured requirements processes (gather, analyze, document, and manage changes) to identify business priorities and recommend options.
• Lead planning sessions for integrated business process improvements and document agreements; identify continuous service improvement opportunities and remedial actions to minimize risk.
• Reproduce, test, resolve, and document software defects; resolve complex Tier 2 & 3 service centre tickets and coordinate with the product vendor when needed.
• Own configuration lifecycle activities for access management, data management, tenant management, integrations, and security; develop configuration policies, guidelines, documentation, and training support.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with in-depth knowledge of enterprise applications and business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience administering and upkeeping an ERP system through significant change periods.
• Experience in ERP implementation/configuration is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams; strong stakeholder engagement and analytical thinking.
• Location: hirify.global Vancouver Campus (Vancouver, BC, Canada).
