Financial Services Representative (Finance)

Location: Austin, TX, United States. Training is on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After training, some evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may qualify for fully remote work; weekday evening shifts are in-office.

Salary: $26.01 per hour during training, with potential compensation of $56,100 base salary and up to $61,700 total compensation in the first year after licensing and performance-based increases.

What you will do

• Answer inbound client calls and provide personalized support.
• Listen actively, identify client needs, and deliver clear and empathetic guidance.
• Educate clients and provide thoughtful solutions to their questions and concerns.
• Take ownership of client interactions and create positive service experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the service team and adapt to changing business needs.

Requirements

Nice to have

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
