Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Innovate packaging for new products and processes and support implementation across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Design sterile and non-sterile medical device packaging ensuring alignment with requirements and guidance.
• Lead cross-functional review meetings to address packaging issues and provide engineering support to R&D.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in packaging.
• Prepare and perform packaging validation protocols and testing to support changes.
• Create and maintain packaging specifications, artwork revisions, and sterilization pallet patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience OR an advanced degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to work onsite at the North Haven, Connecticut facility.

Nice to have

• Deep Packaging Engineering knowledge.
• Experience preparing written policies, procedures, proposals, and reports.
• Proven ability to plan, document, and manage multiple ongoing projects effectively.
