What you will do

• Lead the research, development, and editing of medical content for pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
• Ensure all deliverables align with regulatory, compliance, and client-specific branding standards.
• Collaborate with design, animation, and UX teams to ensure scientific accuracy in visual and digital assets.
• Provide medical and scientific expertise during client meetings, workshops, and advisory boards.
• Mentor and train junior team members while managing workload priorities and project timelines.
• Submit content for medical-legal-regulatory review and manage client correspondence regarding approvals.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant medical communications or medical writing experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven experience working with healthcare clients in an agency setting.
• Exemplary written, verbal, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in digital media, web applications, or new technology environments.
