Product Data Scientist (Data Labs)

What you will do

• Build custom reports end to end, from understanding client needs through coding and setting up ongoing delivery.
• Apply quantitative analysis and data-mining methods to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Conduct research and develop tools using hirify.global datasets and algorithms to answer business questions.
• Partner with Engineering to establish infrastructure for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Advisory Services consultants to deliver strategic insights and custom data products.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience using SQL or PySpark for data analysis.
• Professional experience with Python scripting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience independently managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, research, business, communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• AWS infrastructure experience.
• Client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of online marketing or online services.
• At least two years of experience in an online or technology company.
• Master’s degree.
